Well, that wild card series was pretty emblematic of the Braves' entire season. Losses due to injury were clearly felt, they were unlucky with the batted ball, the order was poor, runners were stranded and they didn't score enough runs. This season wasn't what it could have been for such a talented club, but that's how it is sometimes. Nonetheless, this team should be in really good shape for next season. Shortstop and the starting rotation will likely be in the spotlight this offseason as Orlando Arcia hasn't had an impressive season and the Braves will likely say goodbye to franchise heroes Max Fried and Charlie Morton.
