Rachaad White breaks free (finally!) against the Dixie Chicks on Thursday.

Joe may not be Rachaad White's biggest fan when he takes over. But as a teammate he seems like a good guy.

Last night, after Bucky Irving made a brutal fumble in the fourth quarter of the overtime loss at Atlanta, Amazon cameras showed how upset he was. Apparently various Bucs tried to calm him down.

Joe saw left tackle Tristan Wirfs following Irving and talking to him. And apparently White did too.

After the game, White was asked how he tried to comfort Irving.

“I just have to keep going,” White said. “It’s the NFL. He had never fumbled in his life. I felt the same way. I had never fumbled in my life until I got to the NFL. It happens.

“Bucky is a competitor. He blames himself, and I have too. Just keep his head straight. Carry on. He has self-confidence.

“It is what it is. It happens. It’s part of football.”

Look, Joe isn't going to kill Irving. He is a newbie. Newbies play like newbies.

It's really sad, if not painful, because it seemed like the Bucs were on their way to a knockout result and the offense laid a big ol' rotten egg.

Additionally, it is difficult for Joe to kill Irving because the defense was able to stop the ball on the ensuing possession.
