WWE Bad Blood Countdown Show Notes

-There was a high-speed video of the construction of the Hell-in-a-Cell structure. Separate recordings from CM Punk, Drew McIntyre and The Bloodline aired…

-The Countdown Show was hosted by Megan Morant and Sam Roberts. Peter Rosenberg checked in while standing with a group of fans outside the host venue.

-Jackie Redmond stood backstage and talked about the Hell in a Cell match. Redmond threw to Cathy Kelley, who was in another part of the backstage area and was also talking about the HIAC match.

-The video package about CM Punk's dog Larry aired. Punk talked about the importance of rescuing dogs (Amen!) and clogged up the PAWS animal shelter in Chicago. He noted that Larry is named after “The Wolf Man” Larry Talbot. Punk talked about some dogs being forgotten outsiders and said that was Larry. Punk talked about Drew McIntyre stealing the bracelet and using Larry to make things extremely personal. Punk said he hopes to end McIntyre's career to show not to cross that line.

Powell's point of view: Hey, this gives me an excuse to join my favorite group, MidAmerica Boston Terrier Rescue. My dogs Obi and Ani are both graduates of MidAmerica and I can't say enough good things about the rescue and how they did their best to get Ani the medical care she needed, even after we brought her home . Thanks to the rescue, our girl is healthy and strong today.

-Jackie Redmond's sit-down interview with Women's World Champions Liv Morgan and Dominik Mysterio aired. Morgan said that if she defeated Ripley for the third and final time, Ripley would have no more excuses.

-Cathy Kelley's sit-down interview with WWE Women's Champion Nia Jax was shown. She remembered fighting for Bayley and Asuka for the NXT Women's Championship. Kelley asked Jax if he should leave the company. Jax said it was probably the best thing that ever happened to her. She said it helped her restore her passion and love for wrestling. She said she felt like she had a fresh start and was now the best Nia Jax ever.

-Jackie Redmond, Big E and Peter Rosenberg spoke backstage at the venue about Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes vs. Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu. Big E said he's tired of the weird tag teams and the question of whether or not they work together, but he's intrigued by Reigns and Rhodes and doesn't know how they can lose if they work together. Rosenberg noted that it was not a compliance with Bloodline rules. “But aren’t there always bloodline rules?” asked Rosenberg. He wondered who was lurking out there to make sure Sikoa and Fatu didn't lose.

-Morant and Roberts finished the countdown show at the end.

-Samantha Irvin was introduced and sang “God Bless America” while standing in the middle of the ring. She did a great job.
