Conor McGregor has attacked Kevin Holland after his UFC 307 main card fight against Roman Dolidze was canceled.

At UFC 307 on Saturday, Kevin Holland welcomed Roman Dolidze back to the 185-pound division after “The Caucasian” picked up a win over Anthony Smith at light heavyweight earlier this year.

“The Trailblazer” was looking to make it two wins in a row and was hoping to gain some momentum since moving up to middleweight.

Kevin Holland has to withdraw from UFC 307 after suffering a serious injury

Fans highlighted this bout as a potential Fight of the Night contender as both fighters are known for their finishing skills and exciting styles.

Dolidze started the fight well and made it clear from the start that he did not want to throw punches with the clumsy Holland and wanted to get the fight to the point as quickly as possible.

After a few brief exchanges of punches, the Georgian successfully landed a takedown and began to control the Dutch guard. “The Trailblazer” seemed content to let Dolidze take control of the rally as he wrapped up a body triangle from the bottom position.

Not long after, Holland tried to switch to an armbar on the floor and almost immediately winced in pain. After giving up his position and seemingly hurting himself, Dolidze began to throw down some wild ground-and-pound, but somehow Holland stayed in the fight.

When the round ended, Holland struggled to get back to his feet and return to his corner, immediately complaining to his corner that he had broken his rib attempting to tag out.

After continuing to complain about the pain, his cornerback asked the referee to stop the fight and the fight was surprisingly stopped.

Conor McGregor attacks Kevin Holland over unusual injury layoff

Although it was the Netherlands' corner team that made the final decision, the 31-year-old didn't give them much choice with his reaction and behavior between rounds.

In response to the unusual injury stoppage

Of course, McGregor suffered a devastating injury of his own in the middle of a big fight and hasn't fought since breaking his leg against Dustin Poirier in 2021.

“Didn’t you even fucking try? No, that’s ridiculous!” McGregor started to complain.

“Go out again and see what it’s like. If it folds back up, cover it with the towel. No, that's not it for me, guys. Holland is a solid veteran, he should have gone out there and tried it out. Wrong move,” McGregor continued.
