Los Angeles Dodgers right-hander Jack Flaherty and San Diego Padres third baseman Manny Machado traded off after a strikeout early in the sixth inning in Game 2 of the NLDS.

Flaherty appeared frustrated after failing to make a call three against Machado. He continued to hit it swinging on the next pitch.

Flaherty was removed from the game after the at-bat, but the two continued to trade barbs in the bottom of the sixth inning.

Machado and Flaherty weren't the only players exchanging ideas, as Jurickson Profar and Will Smith appeared to trade after Fernando Tatis Jr. was hit by a pitch early in the sixth inning MLB.com's Juan Toribio.

Smith called Profar “kind of irrelevant” after a game between the two clubs in April after Profar disapproved of an inside fastball that resulted in both benches being cleared.
