A Blaine woman has pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting two 15-year-old hockey players from Colorado at a Roseville hotel.

Allison Schardin, 39, pleaded guilty Friday to one count of third-degree criminal sexual conduct, with the fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct charge being dropped as part of the plea agreement.

According to the criminal complaint, Schardin met the victims on Jan. 14 in a Roseville hotel room. Both boys were part of a hockey team visiting from Colorado, and Schardin met them in the hotel's hot tub, where she told them about her marital problems.

According to the charges, later that night she messaged one of the boys on Snapchat and asked him to come to her room. Once inside, Schardin asked two of the boys sexual questions and asked how old they were, noting that they were “young enough to be her children,” the complaint says.

Schardin then allegedly had sexual contact with the two boys, with one victim saying she “persisted” on sex.

The next day, she texted one of the victims and asked where they were playing hockey before showing up at the rink a short time later. The boys all became nervous as she tried to follow them, with one victim saying: “It was really scary.”

After the team returned to Colorado, Schardin continued texting the two victims and asked one of them not to contact police.

Police were finally notified of the incident on January 22nd and Schardin was arrested on February 1st. She told police that she had gone to the hotel for a “staycation” with her family.

Her next court date will be January 10 at 9 a.m
