How to stream Warriors vs. Kings Yankees' Jazz Chisholm Jr. welcomes boos from Royals fans in new role of playoff villain

Missouri S&T will present Diana Son’s “Stop Kiss” this October.

All performances take place in the Black Box Theater in Room 143 of Castleman Hall. Performances begin on Friday, October 18th and Saturday, October 19th at 7pm, with a matinee performance on Sunday, October 20th at 2pm.

After Callie meets Sara, the two unexpectedly fall in love. Their first kiss provokes a violent attack that changes their lives in ways they never expected. This show contains adult content and language and is recommended for viewers ages 14 and older.

“I’m excited for the students and community to see this show,” said Taylor Gruenloh, theater professor at Missouri S&T. “It is a timely and necessary piece being produced right now as hate crimes increased last summer in connection with various Pride events across the country. Although the conversations in this play are based on an act of violence, it is never performed on stage. What the audience witnesses is the emotional fallout, the struggle to find a new normal, and the varying depths of compassion we are capable of as humans.”

Tickets can be purchased online at leachtheatre.mst.edu or by calling 573-341-4219. Service fees may apply to tickets purchased online. Tickets can also be purchased at the Leach Theater Box Office starting one hour prior to the performance.
