Neither team has played a big schedule yet. Liberty's firing could be a factor here. And the Flames were perhaps too reliant on good performances in the fourth quarter.

FIU has a few ATS wins on its resume (Aug. 31 at Indiana, Sept. 7 vs. Central Michigan, Sept. 28 vs. LTU) that bode well for its prospects here.
