Portsmouth Head coach John Mousinho apologized to assistant referee Bhupinder Singh Gill for an alleged discriminatory comment from the stands during Portsmouth's 1-1 draw with Portsmouth Oxford. Singh Gill informed referee Lewis Smith of alleged offensive comments made against him during the second half at Fratton Park. Smith stopped play and reported the comments to the fourth official before a PA announcement was made to warn spectators. “I apologized to the linesman after the game if anything was said and I know it will be dealt with appropriately,” Mousinho said. “Everyone here will condemn it.”
