VANDENBERG SPACE FORCE BASE, Calif. – SpaceX has postponed the launch of the OneWeb Launch 20 Falcon 9 mission to low Earth orbit Sunday evening, according to a VSFB launch alert.

The new launch window was pushed back by SpaceX to next week from Tuesday, October 1st at the earliest.

The 20-satellite OneWeb Launch 20 mission was scheduled for Sunday, September 29, at 11:54 p.m

“All launch dates and times are subject to change based on mission requirements,” SpaceX said.

According to SpaceX, local residents can expect a sonic boom when landing back to base, but this depends on weather and other conditions.

A live webcast of the launch begins here approximately 10 minutes before launch.

After separation in the first stage, the booster will return to Earth and land in Landing Zone 4 at Vandenberg Space Force Base, as shown in the diagram below, courtesy of SpaceX.
