Ina Garten's insightful memoir is available today—order it on special offer for just $21 Seattle Seahawks QB Geno Smith leads the NFL in passing yards

The vast majority of Miami Dolphins fans expected them to enter this week's game with a record of 3 and 0. The script didn't turn out the way we had hoped. After the game was much closer in the first week than any of us would have felt comfortable, Miami managed to eke out a victory over the now 0 and 4 Jacksonville Jaguars, with a field goal as time expired, 20 to 17 . That followed a Thursday night showdown against the division rival Buffalo Bills in a game that cost the team a 31-10 loss and also left starting quarterback Tua Tagovailoa out for the next few weeks with another concussion. Last week, Miami faced the Seattle Seahawks. The week three game was another huge loss, 24 to 3. In the game, Miami also lost another quarterback to injury when backup Skylar Thompson left the game with a chest injury.

After the offense, which was number one in the entire NFL last season, fell to the bottom of the league, now ranked 32nd, and lost the team's starting quarterback, Miami went out and signed quarterback Tyler Huntley from the Baltimore Ravens' practice squad . Tyler has now been selected to start tonight against the Titans. Up to this point in his career, Huntley did not have a reputation as a good passer. Still, he is known for being a good to great running/scrambling quarterback who gives Miami a dynamic that they don't have with any of the other quarterbacks on the roster. With Tagovailoa out for at least next week's game, the Dolphins are hoping Huntley can bring some missing spark to the Phin's offense.

The Titans come into this game in even worse shape than the Dolphins have been in, having lost all three games to start the season. A lot of their problems revolve around turnovers by second-year quarterback Will Levis. In three games, Levis had five interceptions against four touchdowns and three fumbles. His eight turnovers, which are the most in the league, were also accompanied by 15 sacks in the same three games. The Titans' offensive line's inability to protect Levis up to this point should provide plenty of opportunities for the Dolphins' defensive line, which has struggled at times this season, to make some plays tonight.

—My choice: Miami “should” cover the line tonight as the home team. While Miami has struggled to this point in the season and will be playing with its fourth quarterback in four games, I expect Tyler Huntley to add a spark to a run-heavy version of the offense with his ability to move and run from the pocket . While it's unlikely that the Dolphins will “run up the score” tonight, they should be able to move the ball enough and do enough to eke out a win by at least a field goal margin. I also expect the Dolphins defense to be opportunistic against a Titans offense that has struggled massively this season with both turnovers and the ability to otherwise protect the quarterback.
