The voice Season 26 officially premiered on September 23rd, and we certainly weren't expecting that The perish!

Fans watched during the premiere episode on NBC Reba McEntire, Snoop Dogg, Gwen Stefani And Michael Buble Look for potential competitors who want to join their teams. Country singers performed in the first round of blind auditions Kendall Eugene vying for a spot with a cover of Morgan Wallen's “Don't Think Jesus.” Although the coaches initially didn't turn around during the performance, Reba surprised everyone when she revealed a brand new twist that not even Kendall expected. She announced a new feature called the “Coach Replay Button” that allows him to tearfully become a member of her team.

“I don't understand why I didn't turn around,” Reba told Kendall in a clip posted to YouTube. “We have this new thing this year, a coach replay button… I’m going to use mine.”

When people noticed The voice When they introduced something new to improve the coaches' game, they couldn't stop raving about how much they liked the idea.

“The coach replay is a nice gesture. I feel like a lot of people don't turn their chair when they deserve it, so I hope it stays that way in future seasons,” one person wrote in the comments. “Awww, thank God for the replay back button!!! Yes to Reba for pressing the button!!! explained. “Whoever came up with the replay button needs a raise! 😭,” another viewer added.

So what exactly is the Coach Replay button and how does it affect the rest? The voice Season 26? NBC Insider writes that the purpose of the rule is to allow coaches to sign an artist even if they did not initially turn their chairs for the musician. However, the change has some limitations:

  • Trainers can only use the function once during the blind auditions.
  • Currently, the Coach Replay button is only available in the Blind Auditions.

Well, it looks like we'll have to keep our eyes peeled to see Kendall's journey… and the possibility of more Coach Replay moments!
