Buffalo Bills linebacker By Miller was suspended four games without pay for violating the NFL's personal conduct policy, NFL Network'S Tom Pelissero reported on Tuesday (October 1).

“Von Miller of the Buffalo Bills is suspended four games without pay for violating the NFL's Personal Conduct Policy, it was announced today. “Miller will be eligible for reinstatement on October 28th following the Bills’ Week 8 game against the Seattle Seahawks,” Pelissero wrote on his X account.

Miller, 35, will be forced to miss the Bills' upcoming games against the Houston Texans, New York Jets, Tennessee Titans and Seattle Seahawks before he can return for the Nov. 3 game against the Miami Dolphins.

Pelissero did not give the specific reason for the violation, but it likely stemmed from allegations of molesting his pregnant girlfriend, which led to his arrest last year. Miller was reportedly accused of pushing his girlfriend, pulling her hair and putting his hands around her neck, according to an arrest warrant affidavit NBC 5 Dallas Fort Worth.
