Allegiant Stadium will host a different kind of competition in November.

The home stadium of the Las Vegas Raiders will serve as a polling place on Election Day, Nov. 5, the Nevada Secretary of State's office said Friday.

It's part of a partnership with the Raiders and the NFL to encourage high voter turnout.

“This fall, the country will look to Nevada to decide who the next president is, and we need voters to get involved,” Secretary of State Francisco Aguilar said in a statement. “We are thrilled to partner with Clark County and the Las Vegas Raiders to open the doors to Allegiant Stadium and offer Nevadans a unique voting experience this fall.”

Everyone who votes at Allegiant Stadium will receive an exclusive “I VOTED” sticker depicting the stadium’s outline against the Las Vegas skyline.

“One of the goals of the Clark County Elections Department is to ensure that every eligible voter has access to the polls, and what better way to accomplish that than by opening our largest site at Allegiant Stadium,” said Clark County Voter Registrar Lorena Portillo .

Anyone registered to vote in Clark County can vote at the Allegiant Stadium vote center. Since all vote centers also serve as mail-in ballot drop-off locations, you can also drop off mail-in ballots at the stadium polling location.
