It was a scary moment in the Jets vs. Broncos game on Sunday when Denver running back Tyler Badie went down with an injury and ultimately had to be carried off the field.

Update on Tyler Badie's injury

Tyler Badie went down in a scoreless game with 2:07 remaining in the first quarter.

Badie caught a pass on third-and-13, was tackled by the Jets' Quincy Williams and immediately fell to the ground. He lay on his back on the sidelines for minutes until they picked him up with a blue board and finally took him away.

According to the CBS broadcast, Badie suffered a back injury and is out.

Who is Tyler Badie's replacement on the Broncos' depth chart?

Although he's not a starter, Badie should see more snaps after setting career highs in attempts and yards last week. The running backs ahead of him on the depth chart are Javonte Williams and Jaleel McLaughlin

Badie, a sixth-round pick in the 2022 NFL Draft, had the best game of his young career in which he had nine carries for 70 yards.

It's only Badie's third career game in the NFL.
