Kalani Sitake and the BYU football program prepare to kick off a morning contest in Waco against Baylor. Sitake joined Voice of the Cougars Greg Wrubell for an injury update before the game. Here is the availability report for BYU vs. Baylor.

Hinckley Ropati, who hasn't played since SMU, is available for BYU against Baylor. This was announced earlier this week.

Ropati's return is timely as injuries continue to mount at running back. LJ Martin is unavailable for this game. BYU hopes to get him back for the Arizona game after the bye week. Sione Moa, who had a standout performance against Kansas State last week, will not play against Baylor. Moa was injured during his touchdown run against the Wildcats. In summary, Hinckley Ropati, Enoch Nawahine, Miles Davis and Pokaiaua Haunga will be the four running backs for BYU. Haunga, a true freshman, got more reps for BYU against Kansas State.

Starting right guard Sonny Makasini, who also missed the last two games due to injury, is available and will start against the Bears. His replacement, Austin Leausa, was injured against Wyoming and was unavailable against Kansas State. Leausa is also available for this game.

Evan Johnson, who started at cornerback against Kansas State, is not available. Mory Bamba missed the first three games due to injury, but was back on the roster for Kansas State last week. Bamba and Collins will likely start at cornerback, with Jakob Robinson at nickel.
