The Post's Erich Richter makes his picks and predictions for Week 5 of the NFL season.

Sunday

Ravens (-2.5) vs. BENGALS

It's the Derrick Henry show in Cincinnati

The Bengals did okay against Carolina, but their defense still struggles.

Baltimore is 7-3 against Cincinnati since 2019, including two straight wins.

The Ravens could bury the Bengals in Ohio.

Jets (+2.5) vs. VIKINGS

Somehow Aaron Rodgers has never faced a defense led by Brian Flores as a head coach or defensive coordinator.

During this 4-0 run by the Vikings, they confused players like Daniel Jones, Brock Purdy, Stroud and Jordan Love.

Rodgers is a master at analyzing coverages.

This statement is an overreaction to the lackluster performances we saw against Denver.

Jets are in winner territory.

SEAHAWKS (-6) vs. Giants

No Malik Nabers or Devin Singletary is a big problem for Big Blue.

A team lacking offensive talent is facing mounting injuries, and suddenly Daniel Jones is needed to lead the Giants to victory.

Spoiler alert: He won't.

The Seahawks cruise to victory here with running back Kenneth Walker while the Giants are on life support.

Browns (+3.5) vs. COMMANDERS

Jayden Daniels is real, the defense is not.

They've allowed 6.2 yards per carry since Week 3, a putrid stat that's second-worst in the NFL.

Deshaun Watson is a shell of his former self, but if Cleveland has any sense at all, it will lean on its defense and running game to pull out a win.

TEXANS (-1) vs. Bills

Buffalo travels to the Great Plains this weekend, but will not be welcomed by a king.

The Bills are really struggling – missing top receiver Khalil Shakir, star pass rusher Von Miller (suspended) and defensive tackle Ed Oliver.

Josh Allen vs. CJ Stroud should be very entertaining, but Houston is the best bet on the 1 p.m. slate.

Panthers (+4) vs. BEARS

Andy Dalton has breathed new life into the Panthers.

Carolina is sixth in the NFL in yards per pass attempt since adding him to the starting lineup.

Chicago's defense has been better than advertised, and many are expecting a showcase from D'Andre Swift this Sunday.

I would temper expectations.

The Panthers have allowed just 3.4 yards per carry since Week 3, a top-10 unit in that span.

Carolina wins straight away.

Dolphins (+1) vs. PATRIOTS

Tyler Huntley looked bad and it's never easy to bet on teams that bad.

To be clear, none of these teams are good. But Raheem Mostert is returning to Miami, and Odell Beckham Jr. should also help.

What is the difference between Jacoby Brissett and Huntley? Tiny at best.

There's too much talent here to bet on New England.

JAGUARS (-2.5) vs. Colts

Choose your poison.

Two bad teams who know each other very well face each other.

The difference here isn't just in the quarterback play.

The Colts' only solid offensive weapon, Jonathan Taylor, is out for Sunday's game.

Brian Thomas Jr. puts on a show as the Jaguars face Cam Newton wannabe: Anthony Richardson if he plays.

Joe Flacco passes in the second quarter of a preseason game against the Denver Broncos earlier this season. AP

Cardinals (+7.5) vs. 49ERS

Teams that lose by 20 or more and are underdogs by more than one field goal the following week have a record of 333-248-33 against the spread since 2003.

With a win rate of 57 percent and a return on investment of 11 percent, the Cardinals have enough talent to pull off a victory in this divisional matchup.

Raiders (+2.5) vs. BRONCOS

Antonio Pierce is 9-3-1 against the spread in his coaching career.

Denver has lost its last eight meetings against the Raiders.

Even though the Broncos' defense appears to have redressed the balance and Davante Adams is looking to leave Vegas, that doesn't mean Denver should have the advantage with three opponents. Don't go with the Broncos in this division game.

Packers (-3) vs RAMS

Two elite coaches compete to provide a great rebound for the talented Packers.

Green Bay ranks eighth with 4.8 yards per carry, while the Rams have the fifth-highest with 5.0 yards per carry.

Josh Jacobs celebrates his coming out for the Packers with a stunning win.

Betting on the NFL?

STEELERS (-2.5) vs. Cowboys

Whenever the Cowboys struggle with injuries, they find themselves in trouble.

A top-heavy roster means no depth, and Dallas' defense is already bleeding against running backs.

According to Pro Football Focus, the Cowboys have by far the worst-rated run defense in the NFL and have allowed 300 rush yards in the last two weeks. Najee Harris and Justin Fields race to victory.

Monday

CHIEFS (-5.5) vs Saints

Derek Carr comes right back down to earth and can't resort to the running game.

New Orleans ran the fourth-most ball in the NFL (101 total carries).

Kansas City's defense is incredible against the run, allowing 3.8 yards per carry since Week 2, the third-best number in the NFL. It's a bad away game for New Orleans.

Last week: 4-11-1
Season: 23-36-1.
