Deadpool & Wolverine Walmart – Exclusive limited Blu-Ray pre-orders are online

The biggest live-action box office draw of 2024 is now available to watch on your couch at home. Deadpool & Wolverine is available now Rent or buy on Amazon Prime Video and other digital-on-demand services, but you may want to wait a few weeks for the Blu-ray release October 22nd. The digital version costs $30 to own and $25 to rent. While this pricing structure is common for blockbusters, all physical editions of Deadpool & Wolverine come with a digital copy.

Walmart is the only major retailer taking pre-orders for physical editions starting October 1st. That is possible Pre-order the 4K Blu-ray edition of Deadpool & Wolverine for just $30; This version includes regular Blu-ray and digital editions. Walmart's exclusive Blu-ray edition is also available for pre-order for $34.70; This comes with standard Blu-ray and digital copies plus a case with Deadpool pop-up art for $34.70.

We are still waiting for pre-orders for the release of the two 4K editions with steelbook cases. These will cost more than the physical editions above, which you can pre-order now at Walmart, but they're sure to be popular. We expect both Steelbook editions – one for Deadpool, one for Wolverine – and the Walmart-exclusive Blu-ray to sell out.

Deadpool & Wolverine: Walmart Exclusive Blu-ray Edition

Although you only get standard 1080p Blu-ray and digital versions of the film, this Walmart-exclusive version of Deadpool & Wolverine comes with a pretty cool slipcase. Dubbed the “O-Sleeve,” the packaging unfolds to reveal chaotic works of art a lot of Deadpools surrounding Hugh Jackman's angry Wolverine. If you want Deadpool pop-up display art, you should probably order soon.

Deadpool & Wolverine 4K Blu-ray Steelbook – Deadpool variant

There are two limited 4K UHD versions of the film you can consider. Both come with the same bonus content, but have exclusive steelbooks. This version is the Deadpool variant, which features an action shot of Deadpool on the cover and a blood red interior. Bonus content includes commentary from directors Shawn Levy and Ryan Reynolds, several deleted scenes, and several featurettes that take a behind-the-scenes look at the hit film.

Amazon has a listing on its website, but pre-orders are not yet possible.

Deadpool & Wolverine 4K Blu-ray Steelbook – Wolverine variant

This variant gives you the same content as the Deadpool variant, but instead features Wolverine on the cover and a bright yellow interior. This means you can choose the 4K Steelbook that you think best suits your collection – or you can just grab what's still in stock. Like the Deadpool variant, this one cannot yet be ordered and Amazon has not yet created an offer.

For even more Deadpool and Wolverine fun, check out a handful of other cool products. One of the best articles is Deadpool & Wolverine: The Art of the Movie by Marvel Studios (Hardcover)which will be released on October 29th. It takes a closer look at the film and features never-before-seen images and artwork from the blockbuster. It's currently on sale for $90 (was $100). You can also pre-order Deadpool & Wolverine: Exposed – photos from the setwhich is the first Marvel film to receive a book documenting the film's production in photos. It won't be released until March 25, 2025, but at $60 it is cheaper than the art book.

Two comic collections of Deadpool and Wolverine were also released this year. Deadpool versus Wolverinea collection of crossover comics featuring the duo, was released in March and is available for $25 (was $40). In the meantime, Deadpool and Wolverine: World War IIIa graphic novel summarizing the recent four-issue limited series was released on October 1st and is available for $14.39 (was $16).
