Derrick Henry caps the historic day with a 51-yard run in overtime to lead the Ravens past the Bengals

Henry's overtime romp was the highlight of his Sunday, but within his 92 rushing yards and a touchdown against the Bengals, the 30-year-old reached some key milestones.

A 5-yard run in the second quarter moved Henry into the 10,000-yard rushing club as he became the 32nd player in NFL history to achieve the feat and the first player to do so since Marshawn Lynch ( 2017). He is also the 21st player to do so in nine seasons. Henry scored the game's first touchdown and became the 26th player and 14th running back in NFL history to reach 100 scrimmage touchdowns in his career.

According to NFL Research, Henry became the fifth player in NFL history to score both points in his first 125 games.

With a 151-yard performance against the Cowboys in Week 3 and a 199-yard performance against the Bills last week, Henry played a major role in Baltimore's three-game winning streak. He entered Week 5 as the league's leader, and the Ravens' key offseason signing has already paid off.

According to NFL Research, Henry joined Curtis Martin and Priest Holmes (both 2004) as the third player over 30 with more than 500 rushing yards and more than five rushing TDs in the first five games of a season.

As one of eight running backs to rush for 2,000 yards in a season, Henry is already building a memorable resume early in his career in Baltimore. But the veteran wasn't celebrating personal achievements on Sunday, instead describing in such exciting terms the importance of winning a crucial divisional game.

“This win is a big reason for what happened today,” he said. “That puts us two in the division, so we definitely needed this game. It was as important to us as it was to them. I'm glad we got the victory. With everything that has happened, just to show you the resilience team, and we will keep fighting until the end.”
