Cutting Marcus Stroman from the Yankees' ALDS roster was a 'tough decision' Q2 Weather in the Billings area: The wind is coming now

The Eagles did not show up for Sunday's win at Raymond James Stadium, site of their 33-16 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. But there's one place they've actually shown up this week: social media.

Senior linebacker Devin White was inactive for his fourth straight game. White did not play in Week 1 due to an ankle injury and was listed as a healthy player in Weeks 2 and 3. In Week 4, White was listed for personal reasons.

White didn't make it to the stadium against his former team, the Buccaneers – but he still managed to grab some headlines with his recent activities at X.

The former Pro Bowler retweeted a post about his friend and Bucs linebacker Lavonte David's strip sack on Jalen Hurts.

White quickly clarified that it was just a mistake, he only meant to like the post to show David his love – not to retweet it.

Defensive player Brandon Graham responded to White's 94 WIP response.

“I would just ask him what he thinks,” Graham said Monday. “I know (White and David) were together. At the end of the day: If he said that, then he said that. I stand behind him. I don't consider him a liar. I have to believe him. We make mistakes.

“I know he felt a bit silly today. I will not crucify him because sooner or later we will need him.”

Coach Nick Sirianni was also asked about White's social media activity on 94 WIP on Tuesday and the coach said he admires and respects the linebacker for being a “great teammate” and preparing for the game in a professional manner every week, too if the role has changed.

“I don’t know much about what you’re referring to. I've figured out a few things about it, but I haven't really delved into it and just tried to fix a few other things with this football team. The only thing you can judge is your experience with people and his experience in this building, and I can’t say enough good things about Devin White the person.”

White was just one of many Eagles players who took to social media following the Eagles' loss in Tampa.

Instead of taking responsibility after the Eagles' disastrous loss, cornerback Darius Slay reminded fans of his greatness in a since-deleted post on X. Sirianni at 94 WIP stood by Slay despite the controversy, noting, “First and foremost, his career has been incredible.”

“What we need to do as coaches and players is block out the noise,” Sirianni added. “If you don’t perform on the field, there will be noise. … Slay is one of the best teammates on this team. There's a reason he was chosen captain here. He's a great, great teammate. And I think we can all have moments where we say to ourselves, 'Hey, you just lost a game, you're taking criticism and you're upset about it.' That's why it's so important that you block it out.”

Additionally, cornerback Isaiah Rodgers made it clear that others make mistakes, too, and right guard Mekhi Becton wanted to make it clear to fans that he doesn't need their help.

Graham had his own opinion on all of the Eagles' recent social media activity.

“I can’t tell anyone what to do. I understand (why the fans are upset),” Graham said. “But some people test you. We can't go to their workplaces. I understand both sides of this. Some people get caught up in their feelings and need to let them out. I’d rather they put it out there.”

The 2-2 Eagles now head into their bye week before facing the Cleveland Browns at home.
