Gardner understands that covering Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Justin Jefferson won't be an easy task, but that's why defensive coordinator Jeff Ulbrich will likely rely on blitzes and utilize multiple coverage schemes.

The physicality at the line of scrimmage will dictate this game, and if the Vikings' pass defense can't hold, that means Gardner won't be stuck in man coverage for long.

While Gardner is a great defender, he's even better teammateHe understands his role in helping his unit score sacks in coverage with the assistance of defensive back DJ Reed.

For the Jets to win in London will require the excellence of both Gardner and Reed, and everyone knows that starts with slowing Jefferson down.
