Billionaire Mark Cuban has some words of caution for Elon Musk when it comes to this his support of former President Donald Trump.

“Elon, there will come a time when you need something from Donald Trump.” Cuban wrote in a post on X on SundayMusk's social media platform. “You will think you have earned the right to ask and receive. You were a loyal and loyal soldier to him. They supported him politically with tens of millions of dollars.”

“Then, when you need him most, you will find out what so many have learned before you: His loyalty is only to himself,” he said.

That was a reaction to a contribution from Tesla (TSLA) and the CEO of SpaceX, who claimed that if Trump doesn't win the presidency, “this will be the last election” and that everywhere in America will be a “nightmare.”

Cuban has become one of the most outspoken supporters of Vice President Kamala Harris' campaign in the business world, appearing on a number of talk shows to support the Democratic nominee – and criticize the former president. Cuban previously called Trump the “most unethical” and “dishonest” person he has ever worked with. Although it wasn't exactly clear which business he was referring to, that was Shark tank Star initially supported Trump's 2016 campaign and said he spoke to him several times throughout his term.

The entrepreneur also said Musk was support of the former president because “having the power to manipulate the most powerful man in the world is far more valuable in the world than any amount of Tesla (electric vehicle) sales.”

“Elon is all in (with Trump),” Cuban added. “That's why I like chatting with him on Twitter.” The two men often criticize each other, especially on social media. Cuban recently said he would do it interested when purchasing X, formerly Twitter, and Fox News (FOXA) if he had the money for it.

Cuban – who has signed at least two pledges in support of Harris, one with prominent former and current business leaders and another for Venture capitalists – has also strongly promoted Harris Pro-business and a political moderate. Your economic plan, according to Goldman Sachs (G.S), would be a boon for the US economythanks to new spending and tax credits for middle-income Americans.
