During an appearance on Fox News' “The Five,” Melania spoke about her 18-year-old son and said Barron, who has been attending classes at NYU's Stern School of Business since last month, is “aiming” for college.

“He’s doing great,” the former first lady said. “He loves his classes and professors. He's fine. He aspires and enjoys being back in New York City.”

While Barron may be happy with his new life at the university, some of the college's academic staff may not have a positive view of his father.

According to The Independent, in 2020 JP Eggers, the business school's interim dean, along with 20 other Stern faculty members, signed an open statement warning that a Trump presidency posed a “threat” to the US economy.

In her book, Melania provided honest details about her struggles with Trump's children from previous marriages.

Before tying the knot with Melania, Trump shared four children with his ex-wife Ivana – daughter Ivanka, 42, and sons Donald Jr., 46, Eric, 40, and a daughter Tiffany, 30, with Marla Maples.

The former model claims she never tried to take on the role of mother to Trump's other children. In her latest memoir, she writes, “It required flexibility and openness, but every moment was an opportunity to connect, learn and grow in this new environment.”

She mentioned that her path to bonding with Trump's children “has always been based on love and respect.”

“I recognize their individuality and understand that my role as their stepmother is not to replace their mothers, but to maintain a supportive and friendly connection. This perspective has allowed me to build meaningful relationships with each child in a unique way,” she added, emphasizing that all people deserve respect and understanding, “regardless of differences of opinion.”

The admission comes amid rumors that Melania and Ivanka are not on good terms.

According to Katie Rogers, a New York Times White House correspondent who wrote a book about her, the infamous “I don't care” jacket Melania wore was supposedly a message to Ivanka.

However, Melania insisted that it was a message to the media

The best-selling book on Amazon right now is Melania Trump's latest memoir. The former first lady has promoted her book through a series of interviews and social media insights.
