With a win over Crystal Palace, Liverpool can maintain their place at the top of the Premier League table.

The Reds' 2024-25 Premier League season got off to a dream start under Arne Slot. Aside from a shock defeat to Nottingham Forest on September 14, Liverpool have picked up three points in every domestic game so far, putting them ahead of Manchester City and Arsenal in the EPL standings. Slot's men also won their first two Champions League games.

Before the October international break, Liverpool face a final test against Crystal Palace, a team winless in their first six Premier League games. With only Harvey Elliott and Federico Chiesa struggling with injuries, Slot can field his strongest eleven in Saturday's duel and make a statement against Oliver Glasner's team.

This is what Liverpool's team could look like against Crystal Palace.

Goalkeeper: Alisson Becker—The Brazilian has conceded just three goals in all competitions for the Reds this season.

RB: Trent Alexander Arnold– The England international will take his place on the right wing as a potential move this summer continues to loom over him.

CB: Ibrahima Konate—Konaté scored his first Premier League goal against Wolves last weekend and will once again be one of Liverpool's biggest targets from set pieces.

CB: Virgin van Dijk—The Dutchman will lead Liverpool in his 279th game for the club.

LB: Andrew Robertson—The 30-year-old got the nod against Bologna despite suffering a knock at the weekend. However, if Slot decides to give Robertson some rest, expect Konstantinos Tsimikas to start in his place.

DM: Ryan Gravenberch—Gravenberch is Liverpool's unsung hero so far. As the front four push forward, the 22-year-old acts like insurance behind the ball, always ready to stabilize the midfield and help his defense.

DM: Alexis Mac Allister—Frisch scored the winning goal against Bologna, Mac Allister will step in alongside Gravenberch.

RW: Mohamed Salah– Salah scored in Liverpool's first three away games of the 2024-25 Premier League season and will look to continue the winning streak at Selhurst Park.

AM: Dominik Szoboszlai—The midfielder will try to further develop the chemistry at the top with Salah and Díaz. Szoboszlai is yet to score a goal in the Premier League this season.

LW: Luis Diaz—Despite his lack of performance in Liverpool's first two UCL games, Díaz has already scored five goals in six Premier League games.

ST: Diogo Jota– Expect Jota to return to the starting XI after Núñez was named against Bologna. Slot confirmed that the Portugal international had recovered from a knock he sustained in training earlier in the week.
