How to Watch, Predictions for “SNF” Zack Wheeler is the best big-game pitcher in MLB, but the Mets' Magic is better in Game 1

As the Jacksonville Jaguars try to get out of a 0-4 hole to start the new season, they will be without the services of tight end Evan Engram. Engram will again miss their Week 5 game against the Indianapolis Colts.

He has not played since Week 1 after suffering an injury during warmups before the Week 2 game against the Cleveland Browns. NFL insider Tom Pelissero reported the news on social media.

Engram has been a key figure in Jacksonville's offense since arriving on the team. Last season he had 114 catches for 963 yards and four scores.

He was named an alternate tight end to the Pro Bowl, the first selection of his career. Engram wanted to pick up where he left off last season, but his injury ruined everything.

The veteran has been something of a security blanket for the Jaguars, so his absence changes the way the offense is run.

With Engram having to miss this game, the Jaguars will have to rely on others to step up. They still have a large receiver room to work with, and they've gotten used to Engram over the last few weeks.

Gabe Davis, Christian Kirk and Brian Thomas Jr. are still there for starting quarterback Trevor Lawrence, who also throws the ball. The Jaguars will be hoping their offense can come to life against the Colts as they try to avoid falling to 0-5 to start the year.

Lawrence hasn't been very good this season and has struggled to find any form of consistency all year. The Jaguars didn't look like the potential playoff team many believed they could be, and part of that is due to Lawrence's play.

He has thrown for 729 yards with four touchdowns and one interception so far. The numbers don't look all that bad, but he struggled to get things under control in every appearance.

If Lawrence and the Jaguars don't find a way to get things going today, their season could be over before it even begins. There's still a slim chance they can turn things around, but an 0-5 hole will be very difficult to climb back out of.

The hope is that the team can break through all the rust and finally get into the win column this year.
