The Merry Gentlemen brings Chad Michael Murray to Netflix

The Spirit Halloween stores have only just set up camp and even Mariah Carey isn't ready for the holidays yet, but Hollywood is already in full steam in the holiday spirit. On Wednesday, People released photos of Chad Michael Murray performing Magic Mike in a holiday movie about strippers. I'd say it's time to get out the tree decorations, don't you think?

The film in question is The cheerful gentlemana romantic comedy on Netflix in which Murray helps a “former big-city dancer” (Britt Robertson) save her parents' small-town performance venue by putting on an “all-male Christmas revue” starring, I assume, himself The main role is played by abdominal muscles. Do you think a six pack abs can save a struggling small business one step at a time? I bet! Perhaps in the process he will restore Britt Robertson's faith in family, community and the magic of Christmas. Although Murray confessed that he had “never danced professionally,” he apparently trained six hours a day to master the role because “I love a good challenge.” Don't we all?
