Week 6 of the 2024 college football season is upon us and it's been a week full of losses for the away favorites.

The No. 1 ranked Alabama Crimson Tide had the upset of the year with a loss at Vanderbilt. #4 Tennessee fell to the Arkansas Razorbacks on the road, same goes for #9 Missouri against #25 Texas A&M. Moving forward, #11 USC fell at Minnesota while #10 Michigan lost at Washington. The 8th-ranked Miami Hurricanes avoided the surprise trend by staging a furious second-half comeback at Cal. Phew, what a week it was.

There was a lot of movement in today's poll. The biggest mover was Texas A&M, which rose 10 spots from No. 25 to No. 15. Clemson and Iowa State each rose five spots to No. 10 and No. 11, respectively. Michigan fell the furthest, from No. 10 to No. 24. Not far behind was Missouri, which fell from No. 9 to No. 21. Week 7 features #3 Ohio State at #4 Oregon, #1 Texas at #18 Oklahoma and #9 Ole Miss at #13 LSU.
